Healthy salad bowls are my favourite thing to have for lunch in summers as they easy to prepare and keep me full for a long period of time. Healthy eating has been on my agenda for a long time now and I try to stick to it as much as I can. Over the past year I have tried many new healthy recipes and experimented with various salad bowls. I like trying new combinations and getting creative with my salad bowls to make them just the way my family and I prefer. - Mediterranean Salad: Black Beans & Avocado Salad Bowl

No one is unknown to the nutritional benefits of black beans and avocado. Black beans are rich in antioxidants, protein, fiber & carbohydrates.
